A few things you might want to know
How do subscriptions work?
Choose the subscription that suits you best (3, 6, or 12 bottles), select whether you'd prefer red, white, or a mixed selection, and decide how often you'd like your wines delivered.
You can choose delivery weekly, every two weeks, monthly, every two months, or every three months. Once you're signed up, we’ll curate your first box and ship it within two business days.
What wines will I receive?
Every delivery features wines personally selected by the Cellar Four team from independent producers and small wineries.
Alongside the bottles, you'll receive tasting notes and stories about the wines and the people who made them, helping you connect with what you're drinking and giving you something great to share when opening a bottle with friends or family.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes — your subscription is fully flexible.
When you subscribe, a personal account will be created where you can manage everything related to your subscription.
Through your account you can change your delivery frequency, update your wine preference, skip a shipment, or cancel anytime.
All changes can be made anytime before your next order is processed.
Can I send a subscription as a gift?
Yes. Our subscriptions can also be sent as gifts.
You can prepay for a set number of deliveries and choose how often they're sent monthly, every two months, or every three months for a year. You can also include a personal message for the recipient and set to be sent on a specific day.
Where do you deliver?
At the moment, we deliver within the UK mainland.
What if a bottle arrives damaged?
If a bottle arrives damaged, just get in touch and we’ll arrange a replacement, credit, or refund.
